We will only pierce with jewelry from the studio,

Please note that we require phone call bookings for children's ear piercings (anyone under the age of 16) 
this is due to the fact that we only have one child piercer on staff and children's piercings require specific booking standards. Please call us at (250)-306-7038 to get your child booked in.

Government issued ID is required at time of appointment to verify age before any piercing. If ID is not provided we will not proceed with the scheduled service.

 

If you are under the age of 16 a parent or legal guardian must be present and have government issues ID on them. For legal guardians we require Government issued ID and Legal Guardianship documentation.

REMINDER-  No Lakes, pools, Bodies of water etc. for a minimum of 2 weeks after piercing appointment. Certain piercings require waiting the entire healing time. 
 

AVOID - Hot springs, Hot tubs and Hot pools for the entire healing period.

All online appointments are set to be booked 2 days in advance.

Deposits for online bookings are Non-Refundable
The deposit goes towards the cost of the piercing the day of your appointment. If you feel like you may have to cancel for any reason, Calling to book in may be a better option.
