IDENTIFICATION MUST BE PRESENT TO PIERCE. ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN PRESENT WITH IDENTIFICATION ON THEM. A frowning piercing is the opposite of a smillie. The frowning piercing is located through the connective layer that connects your lower lip to the gums.
