PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING Without Government issued identification we will NOT be able to preform any piercing services. MINOR IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (5-16) Please read until the end We do not pierce anyone under the age of 5 years old. Please review our age requirements on the booking page or under the age limits page through our website. (If you are looking to book in a child for ear piercings please call the studio to get them booked in, We DO NOT book in children online as we need to book in an accommodating manner, and as we only have one piercer on staff who pierces children's ears) 1 piece of government issued identification for the minor being pierced AND 1 piece of government issued photo identification from the parent or legal guardian with the same last name as the minor being pierced. Please note that if you are a guardian of the minor you will need to have guardianship paperwork present with you. Acceptable identification includes: Care card, BCID, Passport, Birth certificate, or Drivers licenses (We do not accept school ID’s) *** IF THE LAST NAME OF PARENT/GUARDIAN AND MINOR DO NOT MATCH We require a birth certificate or legal court document, with both the parent and minors first and last names. This is necessary to prove legal guardianship. Along with 1 piece of required identification from both the parent and the minor. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (16+) 1 piece of government issued identification (preferably photo identification) PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT PIERCE ANYONE WHO IS PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING.
